Idee & Werk has been a reliable partner and packaging specialist for bakeries, confectioners and confectioneries and for anyone who wants to wrap their products artfully since 1978. Our goal is to develop packaging that makes our customers successful.
We started as a small family business and have grown with our tasks over the years....
When we look back, we realize what has always mattered to us and still matters today: that we can be proud of our work and that we draw the strength to face new challenges from our creativity and competence.
Creativity & Innovation
The joy of always coming up with new ideas is our mission! The last decades represent hundreds of thousands of packaging and decoration ideas for Christmas, Easter, the seasons and various special occasions. But the creativity that underlies this diversity is a delicate plant that needs to be nurtured every day. Of course, we find the best fertilizer in close contact with our customers - because they are the ones who inspire us to always come up with new ideas. Combining aesthetics and functionality, thinking about how we can surprise our customers with new, attractive solutions, working out the right balance between quality and value for money - all this means innovation as we understand it.
Celebration 38 years of Idee & Werk
In 1978, the step towards self-employment was taken. Reinhard Tauder, at that time still EDP manager at SPAR, had been dreaming of his own business for a long time. A newspaper advertisement of a cardboard packaging company in Graz pointed Reinhard Tauder in the right direction. The company, which dealt with luxury packaging, was to be sold for reasons of age. After careful consideration, Reinhard Tauder founded his company with two semi-skilled employees. At the beginning, the product portfolio consisted of non-sector-specific packaging solutionsin the high-end sector. The young entrepreneur was able to combine his own ideas with customer requirements and soon offer them to a broad customer group.
